What to expect before and after you place an order.

Do all Yozcoffee orders include free shipping?

Yes. All orders include free shipping. Available delivery options, taxes, and final order totals are confirmed during Shopify checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Yozcoffee accepts major credit cards and PayPal through secure, encrypted checkout. You can read more on our Payment Policy.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After payment is processed, Shopify sends an order confirmation email with your order details. Please keep that email for your records.

Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help before processing begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Product prices and shipping costs do not include import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or taxes unless they are clearly shown at checkout. Charges required by the destination country or region are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How long does shipping take?

Processing usually takes 1-2 business days before dispatch. Estimated delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping method shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, the tracking link is sent by email. You can also sign in to your account to review recent order details.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days. Please review the Return Policy before sending anything back.

Which countries and regions do you ship to?

Yozcoffee ships to destinations available during checkout. If your country or region cannot be selected, we cannot ship there at this time. Country-specific delivery estimates are listed in our Shipping Policy.

Why has my tracking information not updated yet?

Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package. If there is still no movement after that period, contact us with your order number and tracking number.

What should I do if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?

Contact support@yozcoffee.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include your order number, tracking number, and clear photos if the package or product arrived damaged.

How do I know if a product fits my setup?

Check the product page for size, compatibility, and usage notes. If you are comparing espresso tools, filters, kettles, or accessories, contact us with your machine or brewing method.

What should I do if I need help after delivery?

Use the Contact Us page and include your order number, photos if relevant, and a short description of the issue. Our support hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Beijing Time (UTC+8).

Where can I ask a product question before buying?

You can contact Yozcoffee before checkout for product questions. We can help compare practical options for daily brewing, espresso prep, pour-over, or portable coffee setups.

Where can I find product dimensions and specifications?

Check the Product Details section on each product page for available dimensions, materials, capacity, compatibility, and other specifications. Compare those details with your machine or brewing setup before ordering.

Can product color or wood grain vary from the photos?

Slight differences can occur because of lighting, screen settings, production batches, and the natural grain of wood components. These variations do not normally affect product function.

How should I clean and care for my coffee gear?

Follow the care information supplied with the product and clean food-contact surfaces after use. Avoid abrasive cleaners, and do not immerse electrical products or components unless the product instructions specifically allow it.
