This Shipping Policy explains where Yozcoffee ships, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, tracking, customs charges, and what to do if an order is delayed, lost, damaged, refused, or returned.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the countries and regions listed below. If your country, region, state, or territory is not listed or is not available at checkout, we cannot ship that order at this time.

Available destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico), and Vietnam.

United States note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico. Orders with shipping addresses in these locations cannot be fulfilled.

Estimated delivery time

The estimates below are standard shipping transit times after shipment. They do not include the 1-2 business day order processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. During peak periods, holidays, supplier restocks, address review, or payment review, processing may take longer.

Shipping costs

All orders include free standard shipping. No minimum order value, product type, package weight, or promo code is required.

No standard shipping fee is charged at checkout. Shipping availability still depends on the destination and address. If no shipping method is shown for your address, we cannot ship that order at this time.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Some orders may ship in more than one package. If that happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

Yozcoffee, as the seller, is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local taxes, and other import-related charges required by the destination country or region.

Customers do not need to pay these charges separately. If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay them, contact us at support@yozcoffee.com before payment. Customs processing can still delay delivery beyond the estimated transit time.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@yozcoffee.com with your order number and tracking number. We will help review the tracking status and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner when available.

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or an item is missing, contact us as soon as possible. For faster carrier review, we recommend reporting visible damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery, and a potentially lost package within 7 days after the estimated delivery window has passed. This reporting recommendation does not shorten the 30-calendar-day return window described in our Return Policy or any rights available under applicable law. Include your order number, tracking number, and clear photos of the package, shipping label, damaged packaging, and damaged item when applicable.

Incorrect addresses, refused delivery, and returned packages

Please enter your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Yozcoffee is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or extra costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported address provided by the customer.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, rejected by customs, or returned because the address is incorrect or unavailable, we will review the case after the package is returned to the sender or fulfillment partner. Refunds or reshipments, when available, may exclude original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and other carrier fees. Yozcoffee remains responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local import charges.
